3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed
- Processing time is 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and 1–4 hours for FPX bank transfers
- Mega VIP reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

3.3 Official Currency
